(Head Office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Kenji Oyama; hereinafter referred to as “Broadleaf”) announced it will start trial operation of interactive AI functionality from May 2023, which was developed by combining OPEN AI’s ChatGPT with its unique large language model^*1 and knowledge database^*2 using knowledge and information assets accumulated in the mobility industry, and has been added to its cloud services, .c Series and .DX Series, for the mobility industry.

The interactive AI functionality is intended to enhance productivity in the mobility industry by helping users increase operational efficiency using the latest cutting-edge technologies in a bid to counter the challenges the mobility industry faces, such as chronic worker shortages and increasing sophistication of automobiles related to the transition to electric vehicles and evolving self-driving functionality.

The functionality is provided on the Broadleaf Cloud Platform to prevent the risk of secondary use of input information and data leakage by taking all possible security measures, making the service available to users in a broad range of industries and sectors.
