    Q. When was Broadleaf established?

    A. The Company was established on September 2009. The company started business in December 2005 after acquiring the packaged software business from the predecessor company. Later, the Company established a dummy company for MBO in September 2009, which is now Broadleaf Co., Ltd.

    Q. When were Broadleaf’s shares listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange?

    A. The Company’s shares were listed on March 2013.

    Q. Who are Broadleaf's clients?

    A. The Company’s main clients work in automotive aftermarket (secondary market after new car sales), which includes auto maintenance shops, auto body shops, auto parts dealers, recycle shops, etc. There are also clients from non-automotive sector, including mobile phone shops and travel agencies, etc.

    Q. What services does Broadleaf offer?

    A. In addition to business software for automotive and non-automotive sectors, the Company provides varieties of services, including provision of settlement agency service and EDI for auto parts transactions, client support, and devices/supplies. The Company also provides operation analysis and optimization software to various industries.

    A. It is held every year in late March. We will inform you on IR calendar as soon as it is confirmed. Please note that the meeting is held in Japanese only.

    Q. How can I exercise the voting rights?

    A. There are three ways to exercise your voting rights.
     (1) Exercise voting rights by attending a general meeting of shareholders
     (2) Exercise voting rights by writing the Voting Rights Exercise Form (by mail)
     (3) Exercise voting rights by entering on the screen by an electronic means (Internet, etc.)
