Broadleaf Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) hereby announces that, at the meeting of the Board of Directors held after 17th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on March 24, 2026, the Company appointed seven (7) corporate officers and decided their duties to be performed, as described below.
