The company also provides other services unique to the industry, such as cross-industry network services.

For automotive aftermarket dealers
We provide business application software in line with the specific needs of maintenance shops, auto parts dealers, bodywork shops and other clients, including PARTSMAN (PM) and Super Frontman (SF). As well as widely used functions such as creating quotations, these applications offer a rich set of features including process control, history control, and client management for individual businesses. We use our unique know-how cultivated over many years to help our clients improve business efficiency and resolve management issues.
An electronic ordering system links business applications to create a network of ordering tasks carried out by auto parts dealers and maintenance shops, thereby reducing response time and cost. In addition, automotive parts distribution as a whole is covered by individual services, for example the automotive spare parts EC site, thereby helping to improve the efficiency of the platform.
We operate service brand authorization “Town Car-unselor” in order to attract clients to our maintenance shops, which boast superior maintenance technology. In order to enhance the brand power of maintenance shops, Broadleaf conducts training and guidance, as well as service support, in areas such as customer service, stores, and IT. Brand authorized maintenance shops may benefit from a range of services provided by Broadleaf, including publicity campaigns.
For cell phone dealers, travel and charter bus operators, and machinery tool dealers
We help our clients improve the efficiency of their business and resolve management issues by analyzing the business characteristics of specific industries. For example, cell phone dealer industry systems to help stores respond to frequently changing carrier policies and changes in pricing systems, travel industry systems to support all aspects of the travel business such as the creation of itineraries and quotations, and reservation and operational management systems for charter buses.

Clients who purchase Broadleaf’s business application software sell hardware may also purchase PCs, liquid crystal displays, tablet terminals, printers, and peripheral equipment. Also available for purchase are supplies such as dedicated ledgers.
■Maintenance (Hardware / Applications)
We offer a full support system to maintain our applications once they have been introduced. Should a fault occur, we will repair any hardware purchased from the company and will maintain any replacement hardware loaned by the company.
■Purpose tailored solutions
We offer a range of optional services to support our clients’ business. These include OTRS software that has features such as video motion analysis and time analysis, providing time, energy, and cost savings for production and manufacturing sites. Other services offered include the WEB conference system and public wireless LAN services.
